In the spirit of the Ghost Train launch, when asked who she would come back and haunt if she was a ghost Charlotte Crosby commented “I’d definitely come back for David Beckham, that would be fun”.
Harry Potter star Rupert Grint revealed his love for theme parks as he said “Nobody is ever too old for Theme Parks – it’s literally the best thing ever.”
Loved up Love Island winners Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde were getting into the evening’s spooky spirit, commenting on life after the reality show “It’s been such a whirlwind and life’s changed so much, we’re just enjoying it” before sharing their thoughts on the friskiest couple in the villa “It was definitely Sophie and Tom to begin with but then Olivia and Alex for sure.” Frisky show star Olivia Buckland was going solo as her new boyfriend Alex was “too scared to be here tonight”.
Dance music super group Rudimental revealed that they are working with some big stars on their upcoming third album “We’re definitely going into the studio with Ed Sheeran, it’s going to be great.”
Derren Brown comments:
“I’m thrilled that the ghost train is finally launching to the public and everyone will be able to experience what I’ve been working on behind the scenes over the last three years.
“This has been one of the biggest challenges I’ve undertaken, but without doubt the most enjoyable. I can’t wait to see the public’s reaction after unleashing this wonderfully twisted experience for the world to enjoy.
“From training the actors to shovelling coal under the suspended Ghost Train, this experience with the team at Merlin Magic Making and Thorpe Park has been a perpetual delight.”
Jon Goddard, European Marketing Director, VR at HTC commented:
“In a world’s first, we have worked with the amazing people at Thorpe Park Resort to combine the best of ride design and virtual reality to give the public a fully-immersive experience like no other, to truly twist the realms of reality. It’s easy to see why we are so excited about the launch of Derren Brown’s Ghost Train and we hope that it exposes a whole new audience to the thrilling experiences that Vive can offer.”
