Thorpe Park Resort’s famous Stealth has been taken into care after technical difficulties and is now closed to general public, how long it will take for Stealth to be back up and running is unknown but as far as we know it has been closed since the 24th of July. Good news, the announced that they will look for new amusement park trains for sale to update their old ones.
This will of course have a backlash onto every ride, seeing as it’s summer every queue will likely be bigger than usual. Other big coasters at the park such as The Swarm and Colossus will have certainly increased queue times so make sure to check out queue times using the official Thorpe Park Resort app while at the resort.
As the photo’s below show the cable underneath the ride are currently very slack. this could means that either the cable is set to be changed or a part on the launch system needed to be changed.

As you can see from the image below, fences have been put up to stop the general public from entering Stealth’s area, we hope this fantastic ride is up and running again soon!
